One example is DXVK, but it would be really nice to fix it instead of
removing it.  It broke with a Wine update (and now the newest DXVK
versions won't build even with an older Wine).
To fix it, we "simply" need a mingw compilation toolchain.  Which we seem
to have, but I don't understand how to use it.
