However, in Guix, I've noticed that people tend to use [] not to indicate conditional changes, but rather to indicate the part that changed. Is there a reason for this? Does it matter? Relevant sections in the GNU Standards are: (standards) Conditional Changes https://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/html_node/Conditional-Changes.html#Condi= tional-Changes (standards) Indicating the Part Changed https://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/html_node/Indicating-the-Part-Changed.ht= ml#Indicating-the-Part-Changed Thank you, =2D-=20 Chris --=-=-= Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAEBCAAdFiEEy/WXVcvn5+/vGD+x3UCaFdgiRp0FAlz92TwACgkQ3UCaFdgi Rp0X4hAAzxbMK31LNo5tu6WQg8w3cyzhutJCrK/n6IQV7d3iRWSYSYrq7oe6BmXu UTNDUn1791ZXN3mTviCFgW7HfEV28mH05lJlevzntKSujC29YZXvE5cH4eZIcUdz axf2X7iWhcatp6QG9iVgPO25PwuFCP2hceKguu3SVbZc2h5bNoXQqr3jB7jLkEJb oNfRweEkQjGiCUvCCMoP+c7iOKJLMg6KeZ6KcTPBTv29opnDTh5OSCWgKfk/NP5D tAjcqdW4p2s5Xa5jvTqabldv48rtLoDb/7OCj+xjxFfMWuqwMQCaNcT1mWRhO7lY xfj8ATETsnZo2OVVIs+EhX1AbJnBs9iZ3gVZZe3uVziJvIKI1NJXCwZVr5jiqfBR ++ZJxpmiwQopG/M2+WAK/mJKM6Hw1T4H5FR27+yGwFhlEch342/jWwMNQF+VULmK 7hBrrcnJ38775h8hV9Jcpu9ypTyFfw6+noAB/IUGkhox+wO1F94oxXtaKvqLToOh TuZA1R6o6zn90XXR/0kU/VViNacEqQL6v1/UpUuNqa4lcO/eNm24dbJe/H5sBI/w HGUNwo54Ndx7S5CnLhI0K77ae5st4+u04TjdxVwmIir6F5ZsEW1f2Plct7CGe+In jsfjT0T/ppv7aXiIxbFhwATQQV4IP6aOjQKxtQ/zMax9Y8KP2As= =bi4O -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-=-=--
