Indeed, everything is there.

One can run:

  GUIX_PROFILE=$HOME/.guix-profile . ~/.guix-profile/etc/profile

or

  eval `guix package --search-paths`

And nowadays one can also use --search-paths=suffix or
--search-paths=prefix, for more flexibility.
