I can jump to definition with no problem.  Is your load path set
properly?

Access to the manual has been broken forever apparently.

Some of the things that frustrate me most:

- Debug-stepping does not seem to work.
- Re-compiling big .scm files (e.g. emacs-xyz.scm) takes really long.
  Is there a way to skip the lengthy compilation and hack from the REPL?
