There are 2 concepts.

Guix is a package manager, that can be used on top of an existing
GNU/Linux distribution.
The full Guix System is a complete GNU/Linux distro, based on the Guix
package manager.

The Guix package management system could be easy to use for users, and could be a
way to distribute Info manuals, on top of all GNU/Linux distributions.
