I noticed Debian is switching to 7zip from p7zip... my guess is because
7zip is actively maintained, whereas p7zip does not appear to as
actively maintained?

I am not hugely opinionated on the matter, but figured it was worth
mentioning, if anyone wanted to take a stab at it!
