No I don=E2=80=99t think so (I checked on hydra and =E2=80=98guix publish=
=E2=80=99 was not
creating new nars.)  And it=E2=80=99s really 404s not 500s that I=E2=80=99m=
 getting.
Not sure what=E2=80=99s going on.
