In=20 this case, it's the=20 /gnu/store/a462kby1q51ndvxdv3b6p0rsixxrgx1h-hello-2.10/share/locale=20 used to look up translations, but packages are free to refer to=20 themselves as much as they like. Without inside information, one=20 can never assume two different outputs are identical.
