Can I push this patch to ‘master’?  Do you see any problems?

I had noticed that ‘--roll-back’ doesn’t output anything with
‘--dry-run’, so I implemented ‘--delete-generations’ similarly.  Maybe
it would be better to print something.  WDYT?
