Good news is that we made progress on some of these issues, but not all; we also made progress on other things which are really cool, such as the ISO installer. Regardless, I think we should be planning for a release within a couple of weeks. An important question to me is =E2=80=98wip-installer=E2=80=99: = what do we do, Danny? John? I would have loved to have a fix to at least mitigate Guile=E2=80=99s compi= ler resource consumption issue. I made some progress at notably, but it=E2=80=99s not over yet. In the meantime, it would be great if people could run an installation from an ISO image and report bugs and glitches: https://www.gnu.org/software/guix/manual/html_node/Building-the-Installat= ion-Image.html Thoughts?
