I think snippets should not be available automatically.  Some really
hate snippets or prefer a different system over YASnippet.  The setup is
*very* simple if you=E2=80=99re already using yasnippet anyway: just add th=
e
directory to =E2=80=9Cyas-snippet-dirs=E2=80=9D and you=E2=80=99re done.

This is implemented as =E2=80=9Cguix refresh -u foo=E2=80=9D.  It works for=
 any package
that is covered by an updater.
