Best if we can avoid it for now since that would further delay the merge
of =E2=80=98core-updates=E2=80=99.

If that=E2=80=99s simple enough, we could add a phase that run =E2=80=9Cmake
whatever-target-it-is=E2=80=9D, indeed.

Sounds like the easiest thing to do.  Not sure how long it would take to
build Qt, though.
