I was looking for something like a run-time function.  There=E2=80=99s
=E2=80=98vbeinfo=E2=80=99, but it=E2=80=99s not really usable for that.  I=
=E2=80=99d need to check
whether/how other distros handle it.

Oh, right.  I=E2=80=99ve just fixed that, and that=E2=80=99s good.
