My AMD Radeon RX 580 works very well out of the box (minus a few things like hibernation), except with KMSCON, apparently. If I understand correctly, there are 3 drivers: - radeon - ati - amdgpu The latter seems to work fine on recent cards, but it won't work with older chipsets.
