Hello Guix!

A few weeks ago Ricardo started writing a Guix Cookbook=E2=81=B0 based on
material previously published elsewhere, notably on the blog.  The
cookbook made it in to the repo=C2=B9, and you=E2=80=99re all welcome to pr=
opose new
sections based on your experience with Guix!

The news is that the Cookbook is now on-line and automatically updated
from =E2=80=98master=E2=80=99:

  https://guix.gnu.org/cookbook/en/

(The page says =E2=80=9CReference Manual=E2=80=9D but it=E2=80=99s a mistak=
e that I=E2=80=99ll fix.)

So I guess we can go ahead and fill in that cookbook!  :-)
