What I can = say is that substitutes made starting from today are available as lzip. So for example, if you run =E2=80=98guix pull=E2=80=99, the substitutes correspond= ing to the various derivations of Guix (=E2=80=98guix-cli=E2=80=99, =E2=80=98guix-base= -packages=E2=80=99, etc.) are available as lzip.
