At <https://blog.torproject.org/category/tags/onion-services>, I see
that =E2=80=9CTor developers use the terms "hidden services" and "onion
services" interchangeably.=E2=80=9D  No evidence that there=E2=80=99s a inc=
entive to use
=E2=80=9Conion services=E2=80=9D, or did I miss it?
