[PATCH] Add PDF support to Gimp

Hi Guix!

I had to edit a PDF with Gimp recently, and was surprised that Gimp
wouldn't me to open it. The reason was that our build of Gimp was not
using poppler as an input.

Please review the (trivial) patch below:
