Subject: [PATCH] scripts: package: Add --install-from-file option.

* guix/scripts/package.scm (show-help): Add help text for --install-from-file
  option.
  (%options): Add --install-from-file option.
* doc/guix.texi ("invoking guix package"): Document it.
