Regardless we should update the =E2=80=9CPreparing to Use the Bootstrap Binaries=E2=80=9D section (and its image) as well as =E2=80=9CReducing the = Set of Bootstrap Binaries=E2=80=9D (at least adding a cross-reference to the new section.)
