Andreas,
with "./configure --with-libgcrypt-prefix=$HOME/.guix-profile/ 
--prefix=/tmp" don't work to me, but with "./configure 
--with-libgcrypt-prefix=$HOME/.guix-profile/ --localstatedir=/var" it 
work.
