It's described here:
https://www.gnu.org/software/guix/manual/en/guix.html#Substitute-Server-Authorization

So basically `guix archive --authorize < berlin.guixsd.org.pub`

and then run your commands with:
`--substitute-urls="https://berlin.guixsd.org`
