It's a common 2-clause BSD license. It also has a sentence claiming that
the software is not affected by some USA laws. I think this sentence is
meaningless without references to any relevant caselaw, and I think we
can ignore it, although I am not a lawyer.

BTW, this is a 3rd-party mirror of libmagic. The canonical source of
libmagic is in the 'file' package.
