Subject: [PATCH 1/2] gnu: Add ocaml-js-build-tools.

* gnu/packages/ocaml.scm (ocaml-js-build-tools): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/ocaml-janestreet-fix-libdir.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
