Django is failing its test suite on the staging branch:
https://hydra.gnu.org/job/gnu/staging/python-django-1.10.3.x86_64-linux
https://hydra.gnu.org/job/gnu/staging/python-django-1.10.3.i686-linux
I can reproduce this on my own machine, but I'm not sure what the
problem is.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Here are the failing tests:

I can reproduce this here, too.
It's a subtle bug in Django related to leap years :-( The test suite
only fails in the last week of a leap year. So the test-suite will work
again in three days.
I filed a bug report at Djnago:
<https://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/27662>

Funny!
I’ve restarted builds on i686 and x86_64, normally they should succeed
now. :-)

We can apply a patch whenever upstream provides one.
Thanks for finding out about this problem!
Ludo’.
