The Mako Python library is a dependency for an upcoming release of
Mesa that features Vulkan support. First time using the new
python2-variant stuff so let me know if I screwed anything up!

Wouldn't setuptools be a native-input? If so, there is an example in
python2-wheel. I don't know if that is the *best* example, but it seems
to work.
