[PATCH 2/2] scheme/bigloo: Fix package description to reflect actual situation

A simple fix in the description.  The actual description on the bigloo
web page also contains this mistake.  I don't really know if it is
better to keep a copycat of the official package description, or fix
it to reflect the actual packages features.
