* emacs/guix-guile.el (guix-guile-current-module): New function.
* emacs/guix-devel.el: New file.
  (guix-devel-use-modules, guix-devel-use-current-module): New functions.
* doc/emacs.texi (Emacs Development): New node.  Document
  'guix-devel-use-current-module'.
