Both mirror.guixsd.org and mirror.hydra.gnu.org seem down.

I had a similar issue, I just substituted the hydra.gnu.org url rather
than the mirror, and it worked.

If you haven't done so yet, please switch back to the mirror.
<hydra.gnu.org> cannot handle many users at a time, so we need to use
the mirror whenever possible.
