When running `make check-system` I bumped into a failure with nix:

From https://nixos.org/releases/nix/nix-2.3.13/nix-2.3.13.tar.xz...
Throw to key `gnutls-error' with args `(#<gnutls-error-enum Resource temporarily unavailable, try again.> handshake)'.


It seems to be easily reproduced with:
`guix download https://nixos.org/releases/nix/nix-2.3.13/nix-2.3.13.tar.xz`
