The guix package clojure-tools-cli is outdated. The gnu guix repo has 0.4.2. This version is from 2019. There is a package on "nongnu" channel called "clojure-tools" which has the up to date version 1.10.3.943. Unfortunately I am not able to fix this myself, but I think the gnu version should be brought up to date, and then nongnu version should be removed.
