Hello Guix,
Unable to build documents since the latest texlive update. It spits out the below message.
This is related to a former bug found here:

This is LuaTeX, Version 1.13.0 (TeX Live 2021/GNU Guix)
restricted system commands enabled.

I can't find the format file `lualatex.fmt'!
