Hi Adrien, Sorry you had to go through this trouble! But your workaround is pretty impressive :-) It's the way to go if you want to use the existing Guix package definition with custom versions. Note that you can inherit package definitions so that you (typically) only have to override the source, instead of copying the whole thing. Anyway, I went ahead and updated pygit2 to 0.26, which matches the current libgit2 version and also is compatible with python-cffi-1.10. Can you try to pull 'master' and see if it works for you?
