Fixed by be0a672c30ad1401019abb5cb83d59be171813d0. I wonder how this could have worked before: =E2=80=98reboot=E2=80=99 never = gets a reply, so it=E2=80=99s supposed to hang until it=E2=80=99s killed when the =E2=80= =98user-processes=E2=80=99 service is stopped.
