I think I did. Running sudo guix gc --verify=contents,repair shows that glibc, perl and ffmpeg are corrupted. However, the repair doesn't fix the "/gnu/store/4hcr7ygdhaxws6q5dj806cbvq0dkfgkw-ffmpeg-4.1.1" item. I guess this's because it is built using grafting. Anyway, I roll back, delete the latest generation, build ffmpeg and it works again! Thanks, Alex
