Thanks.  Could you send the output of:

  $(guix build -e '(@ (gnu packages commencement) gcc-final)' | grep -ve -lib)/bin/gcc -dumpspecs

It could be that the patching of config/gnu-user*.h ends up adding
-rpath in the wrong place.
