I wonder if it should read =E2=80=9CThe GNU System=E2=80=9D or just =E2=80=
=9CGNU=E2=80=9D.  I initially
thought the latter, but this version looks great to me.

So, let=E2=80=99s leave a few days for comments, and then dub it the Offici=
al Logo.
