Subject: bug#33323: guix package (--show & --search) missing error when package is not found
Date: Sun, 11 Nov 2018 23:55:36 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87in13p6l3.fsf@gnu.org> (raw)

Hello,
swedebugia <swedebugia@riseup.net> skribis:
> $ guix package --show=test
> (no output)
>
> Expected: error package test not found
Done in commit 652163154c06b47936a453f44ea35938789718de.
Note that --search is different: it’s expected to return zero or more
results, and returning zero results is not an error.
Thanks,
Ludo’.
