I like it.

I think the font should remain sans sérif, but perhaps thinner and more
“modern”.   What about Junction?  http://www.theleagueofmoveabletype.com/junction
(Sorry, I don’t know how to easily import a font in Inkscape...)

Dual-license GPLv3+/GFDLv3+, so it can be used both in documentation and
on-line (splash screen!).
