Commit 335dd76 disables substituters.  We=E2=80=99ll re-enable them once it=
=E2=80=99s
actually (re)implemented.  :-)

Hmm, can you try running guix-daemon with the newly-added =E2=80=98--debug=
=E2=80=99
option?
