Yes, probably, because the current behavior doesn=E2=80=99t help at all.

The function you want to patch ;-) is =E2=80=98patch-shebang=E2=80=99 in
build/utils.scm.  Since that entails a full rebuild, that=E2=80=99s somethi=

for a new =E2=80=98core-updates=E2=80=99 branch.
