qtbase seems like a rather heavy dependency for ffmpeg. After looking
through 'guix graph ffmpeg'

qtbase -> extra-cmake-modules -> fcitx -> sdl2 -> ffmpeg

What does sdl2 bring to ffmpeg?
(on a similar note, what does it bring to u-boot?)
