As suggested by Ricardo Wurmus.

This also removes IDE support.

* gnu/packages/audio.scm (supercollider)[arguments]: Add "-DSC_QT=off" to
configure flags.
[native-inputs]: Remove QTTOOLS.
[inputs]: Remove QTBASE, QTWEBKIT, QTSENSORS, QTDECLARATIVE and QTLOCATION.
