Subject: guix-package --list-* hangs
Date: Thu, 13 Dec 2012 20:51:21 +0100 [thread overview]

Currently,
guix-package -A
and
guix-package -I
hang (they worked initially before I succeeded in installing packages).
"top" shows a process "guile" running at 100% CPU for about six minutes,
using up to 3.5 GB of memory; then guix-package stops with:
Too many heap sections: Increase MAXHINCR or MAX_HEAP_SECTS
Interrupted
I realise this is not very helpful as a bug report. How can I obtain more
information for debugging?
Andreas
