NEWS below.  tarball in: http://www.glug.org/alt/

new modules are repackaged (ttn pgtype) and (ttn pgtable), respectively.
probably the query construction stuff should be moved out of (database
postgres-table) into its own module. patches welcome.

let us hope ordinary people can use the power of the database to monitor
those in power, reducing the number of their unexamined transgressions.
sometimes leaving southern california, land of salem rehashed, is not
such a bad idea. "if you drown you are not a witch."

in related news, ttn-do-135 (http://www.glug.org/people/ttn/software/)
has script "update-build-guile-pg" for easy cron-driven pretesting.

- version 0.12 released 2002-12-21

  - PATH/configure where PATH != "./" supported

	This is known as "vpath build" or "srcdir!=builddir build".
	Previously, "make check" failed for such situations due to not
	being able to find test/testing.scm.

  - New module: (database postgres-types)
  - New module: (database postgres-table)

	These scheme modules are documented in their respective chapters
	(for now, see code for detailed documentation on each proc).
