Hi Folks,
In the 2.0 Guile Reference Manual, Section 6.21.2.1 it says:
The blocking level starts out at zero, and whenever a safe point is reached, a blocking level greater than zero will prevent the execution of queued asyncs.
Can anyone elaborate on this a little? I don't understand this statement.
