Subject: [ANN] nyacc version 0.99.0 released
Date: Sat, 20 Jul 2019 07:54:21 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <986e2c09-fed6-2371-2fc2-59479e3e453a@gmail.com> (raw)

NYACC, for Not Yet Another Compiler Compiler, is set of guile modules for
generating parsers and lexical analyzers. It also provides sample parsers
and pretty-printers using SXML trees as an intermediate representation.

It provides a decent C parser and a `FFI Helper' tool to help create
Guile Scheme bindings for C-based libraries.

It provides (partially implemented) compilers based on above mentioned
parsers to allow execution with Guile as extension languages.

updates to version 0.99.0 from 0.94.0:
	* added fixed-point types to C99 parser
	  http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2001/n1290.pdf
	  make-num-reader accepts 0.25hr uhr r ur lr ulr hk uhk k uk lk ulk

	* cleaned up documentation

The next major release will be 1.0. If you are currently using nyacc
please give this a try. I want to have a clean, working 1.0 release.

NYACC maturity is production/stable level.
