guile-lib archive?

guile-lib archive?

Is the guile-library arch archive temporarily unavailable?  When I try 
to register it, I get:

neil@laruns:~$ tla register-archive -f 
http://download.gna.org/guile-lib/archive-2004/
webdav error: 404 Not Found

It's now at http://arch.gna.org/guile-lib/archive-2004/. Webpage

Thanks, that seems to be working now.  On the webpage, though, there's a 
second occurrence of "download.gna.org" that it would be worth fixing 
(in the box showing exact tla commands).

That said, the suggested build-config command doesn't seem to work :-(

neil@laruns:~/guile-lib$ tla build-config -r configs/main-dev
unable to open file "/home/neil/guile-lib/configs/main-dev" (No such 
file or directory)
PANIC: I/O error

Any idea here?

now:

archive not registered: lord@emf.net--2004
   (see register-archive)

Indeed, since guile-lib needs the pkg-framework from Gnu Arch, you
need to register this archive:

lord@emf.net--2004
    http://arch.quackerhead.com/~lord/archives/lord@emf.net--2004

I'll put that on the webpage.
