I'll be happy to include that collection of special chars in Geiser, but
lack the bandwidth to make that an independent package... i might also
provide a "lite" version with only those glyphs with well-known meanings
in Racket/Scheme (such as greek lambda)...
Of course, if anyone has the time and inclination to create an
independent package, whatever Geiser does would be done using it.

Making an independent package is as simple as adding a standard comment
header sensible autoloads and then either creating an el-get recipe (about
5 lines) that points to the github file, or posting the file to EmacsWiki
(in which case the recipe is created automatically). It really shouldn't
take more than a few minutes if you've done it before, or half an hour if
not.
