release notes:

  The big news is modlisp support, suggested by way of an inspiring
  patch from Neil Jerram.  It's marked EXPERIMENTAL under the following
  hypothesis: "the interface, though livable, is not ideal".  If no one
  objects or suggests a way to improve things in, say, the next two or
  three months, that label will be removed.

  Please note the one item MARKED FOR REMOVAL.
